All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

South Africa: 5-14 business days

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.

💰 Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
You’ll see the final amount before payment.

📍 Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your item ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking info to become available.

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.

🌐 International Shipping & Customs

We unfortunately only offer local shipping to South Africa.
If you live overseas and like what you see, please get in contact with us at Info@TheArmoredPenguin.co.za and we can discuss possible options for international shipping. Even showing interest helps us to discuss possibilities for expanding to your country.
